We will deliver your device to you free of charge within 14 days.
Most of the devices are already set up and will be delivered to the point of use.
Train as often and as much as you want.
You pay your first rent directly when you place your order. From the second month, the day of the month on which you received your product counts - you will receive an invoice from us for these dates.
In the event of damage of any kind, we assume 90% of the repair costs.
Do you want to rent longer than originally planned? No problem, you can always extend and save money or simply buy your product.
If your minimum rental period has expired, you can easily cancel your rental in our customer portal.
To do this, pack the device the way it arrived and make an appointment with our service department.
We will pick up the device from you again free of charge, clean the product and make it fit for the next rental.
It is as good as new and looks forward to future adventures.
